On multi-story steel structures, dramatic reductions in the amount of steel required in the building structure can be realized. UTRC panels are ideal for renovation or recladding of existing buildings because they add a minimal superimposed load to the existing structure and foundations. In many cases, UTRC panels can be installed directly over old claddings with minimal impact to the building structure.
